Payments, Purchases and Returns.

To purchase products or merchandise from the Kids Around Town website, details of the items you wish to order, your personal details, and credit card details for payment, need to be entered into PayPal’s secure web form.  We encourage purchasers to record their transaction receipt number at time of payment.

Once payment has been  duly processed, a tax receipt and the item(s) ordered will be sent to you via regular Australia Post delivery. If Australia Post is unable to deliver the product to the address you have provided, a notice will be left at the designated address. You can collect your purchased item(s) from your local post office within the time frame specified on the notice.

All prices quoted on the Kids Around Town website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise indicated.

Kids Around Town is not responsible for any interruption to or failure in any communication or process, howsoever caused, which results in an order, or in any payment or payment details not being received or processed by Kids Around Town. A payment will be regarded as received when Kids Around Town is able to credit or transfer the amount required into its designated account.

Kids Around Town will provide a refund on any item(s) purchased via the Kids Around Town website if that item is returned at your expense to Kids Around Town in original condition and accompanied with a valid Kids Around Town receipt for the item(s), within 14 days of delivery.

If any returned item(s) is found to be defective provided such defect has not been caused or contributed to by the purchaser by Kids Around Town, then Kids Around Town will, at your option, either provide replacement item(s), or will refund you the purchase price paid for that item(s).
